Dawn is a keen hill walker and offshore sailor.

Whether its testing a tent in the mountains or sailing to the Faeroe Islands, Dawn is happiest when she is pushing the boundaries.

Dawn was trained as a journalist and has worked on newspapers and magazines.

Minwah looks after the Advertising Department, but is also a keen hill walker and horse rider.

Living in the mountains of North Wales, Minwah likes to walk every day in the hills. She also breeds coloured gypsy cobs which she enjoys riding on the forest trails .

Minwah worked in California for many years, before returning to live and work in the Welsh Mountains.

Matt Smith lives in the French Alps in Morzine.

In the winter he enjoys snow boarding and back country skiing and when the snow is gone, Matt likes nothing more than picking up his pack and hiking the high mountain trails.

When he is not out in the hills, Matt runs his own building business in Morzine.

Bob Lyness is based in the Shropshire Hills and enjoys hill walking and skiing.

In the winter time he can be found skiing the backcountry trails around Whistler in Canada.

In the summertime he likes walking the paths in his native Shropshire, or in the nearby Welsh Hills.

Bob worked as a health professional in the NHS for many years and now enjoys his retirement, which he says is busier than ever.
