Classified Advertising Terms and Conditions

Advertisers must read and accept these terms before advertising

1. Readers of Trail Testers can place classified advertisements on these pages subject to the following conditions.

2. The classified section is open to non trade advertisers.

3. If an advert is found to be placed by a person or persons involved in trade for gain, then that advert will be referred to the publishers, Buffalo Media and may at their discretion be removed from this section.

4. Trade and Business Advertisers can place adverts on Trail Testers by clicking on the Advertise link at the bottom of this page.

5. Adverts are subject to checking by the publishers before being listed on these pages.

6. Adverts that contain unsuitable images or text will be rejected.

7. Adverts that contain lewd, or derogatory,racist or inflammatory text will be rejected.

8. If images are found to be unsuitable, they will be rejected by the publishers and the advertiser contacted to request alternative images.

9. Adverts can only be placed by using the Trail Testers Classified Advertising form.

10. Adverts must be paid for prior to publication on these pages.

11. Advertisers can pay for their ads by using our PayPal secure server on-line,

or by sending a cheque, or postal order.

12. If paying by cheque, or postal order, mark the payee as Buffalo Media.

13. Adverts will only be listed once the cheque has cleared. Please allow up to 10 days for the cheque clearing process. The publishers cannot be held responsible for any monies that go missing in the post.

14. Advertisers must inform the publishers once the item is sold, or the advert is no longer required, in order to avoid wasting their time and that of potential responders to that advert.

15. Once an advert reaches its expiry date, or the advertiser informs the publishers that it is no longer required, it will be removed from these pages.

16. Whilst the Publishers will make every effort to verify adverts and their content, the publishers cannot in any way be held responsible for adverts placed by readers that may be false or misleading.

17. Readers should take all possible care when purchasing second hand kit to ensure that it is safe and designed for the purpose it is intended for. The publishers cannot be held responsible for item sold on these pages that may fail and in so doing cause injury or death.

18. Adverts placed by readers are the sole responsibility of the advertiser and not the publishers and the advertiser should ensure that they make interested parties aware of any faults or shortcomings that could result from the use of used or damaged equipment, by providing truthful and adequate description of items.

19. All adverts are given a unique box number which is linked to the advertisers e mail address to protect their privacy. Phone numbers may not be listed in Ads.
