Satmap Active 10 Plus Review
The Active 10 Plus is the latest version of this excellent GPS from Satmap and includes many new features, including a world wide base map. We have been testing the unit up in the Welsh Mountains navigating with it and leaving our OS map and compass in our pack. We have been favourably impressed

can we use it anywhere in the world? for eg. afghan or iraq. .
The basemap in the Active 10 Plus is excellent. I just dialled up Afghanistan and found Daykundi and tracked across Kuh- e Baba in Helmand, so looks like it would work well out there. Similarly the map detail in Iraq is also very good.
